Permanent Member Dues

·         Dues for the 2010 season are $340 and payable on or before May 1, 2010.  Mail dues to Manor Woods Swim Club, Inc., PO Box 627, Rockville, MD 20848-0627.

·         Late Payment is subject to a penalty of $25

·         The release Fee is $35 and is due by May 1, 2010.  Late Release is subject to a penalty of $25.

Waiting List Members (Summer Members)

Dues of $415.00 are due on or before May 1, 2010.  Mail dues to Manor Woods Swim Club, Inc., PO Box 627, Rockville, MD 20848-0627.  If available spaces do not meet demand, dues payments will be accepted in the order in which they are received.  Postmarks will be honored, and there will be no exceptions.

Pay your Manor Woods Dues Using Credit Card or AFT

Permanent members can pay their dues or release fee on-line.  Click on the appropriate button below to pay.  You will be redirected to Paypal, and once you pay, the membership chairperson will automatically be notified that you have paid.  Please note that an additional 3% is assessed to cover Paypal's administrative fee.  Waitlist and summer members must still mail their dues as described in the preceding section.

I.D. Pictures and Sticker Dates

Saturday, May 8, 2010 (11 am-4 pm)
Saturday, May 15, 2010 (11 am-4 pm)
Sunday, May 16, 2009 (1 pm –5 pm)
Make-up - Wednesday, May 19, 2009 (7 pm - 9 pm)

• Permanent members will be issued new stickers on these dates and do not need new pictures.
• Summer members must have their pictures taken on one of these dates.
• PLEASE MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO MAKE ONE OF THESE DATES. Your Pool Board is giving up 3 weekend days for picture day and would appreciate your assistance in getting there on these dates. If you cannot make any of these dates because you are out of town or on vacation, you must notify Steven Mobley at smobley5@verizon.net. Failure to do so will result in a make up fee of $5.00 per card.

Guest Fees

• Adults (16 & over) $3.00 weekdays, $5.00 Sundays & holidays
• Children (5-15)$3.00 any day

Note: Guests living within the Manor Woods boundary area are permitted on Wednesdays only.  If you have any questions, please call the office at (301) 460-0899.

Exception:  In the event of a Wednesday home swim or dive meet, the in-area guest day will be extended to the following day (this will be the only adjustment to the Wednesday guest day policy.)

Punch 12 Guest Pass:  Save two ways!  Buy a Punch 12 guest card and get twelve admissions for the price of ten.  The second saving is that the card is priced with a $3 guest fee instead of the $5 fee for adults on weekends.  Enjoy the convenience and don’t worry about fumbling around with cash when you bring in your guests!  All guest policies apply to the use of this card.  You may buy the Punch 12 card at the gate or in advance by making your check payable to “MWSC” in the amount of $30.00 per guest card.  Please note your membership number on the check.  Mail your check to: Jude Lozupone, 14001 Flint Rock Road, Rockville, MD 20853.  Your guest card will be waiting for you at the gate .

Students:  Volunteer service hours for graduation can be earned at Manor Woods.  Volunteers are needed as swim meet aides, beautification/environmental aides and special project aides.  Students need to take the initiative and find ways in which they can help under the supervision of adult Board and Swim/Dive Team Committee members.

Swim Lessons:  The members of our staff will once again offer lessons, both group and private, for all ages.  As soon as the schedule is ready, it will be posted on the bulletin board and on the web page.  If you have any questions, please call the office, and the staff will try to answer them for you.
